What does a session involve?
Sessions are two-hours long and begin by establishing an issue or feeling you want to resolve in your life. Maybe you are feeling stuck in a rut, or unhappy in your relationship, or increasingly anxious about what decision you should make next… Any problem you are facing in your life has an emotional blockage or limiting belief associated with it that you need to process.
After establishing the problem, you begin by lying down with your eyes closed and doing deep belly to chest breathing, known as connected breathing. This helps to get you out of your mind and into your body, to feel to emotions that are present and begin to process them. I will be there to coach you in a non-judgemental or invasive way, simply encouraging you to explore the thoughts, emotions and physical sensations that arise through your breathing process.

How does it work?
Breathwork is a healing technique that reconnects us with our hearts by using what is known as “connected breathing”. It is about moving energy to help you unblock emotions and give you clarity.
During a session you feel your body release energy it’s been holding onto. I will be there as your guide to help draw that energy out, encourage your healing and ground you. The session will be led intuitively and I will create an evironment that supports your highest potential.
I am scared of what will come up in a session…
This is a very common fear. Clients are afraid of the pain they have been suppressing or that something will come up that they are not ready to deal with. The most important thing to remember is that you are in a safe space.
When you finally explore these suppressed emotions, by simply observing them and letting them be, a powerful thing happens: they stop having control over you. Unresolved emotions wreak havoc in your life by making you fearful, anxious, insecure and unsure of your decisions.
There is no greater relief than letting go of the pain. It’s like an emotional detox. Processing the pain of your past will allow you to take back control of the present.
